Submitting a quote form is a request for information — not a binding contract. All contracts require a written agreement signed by both parties.
Workmanship warranties (typically 5 years) and manufacturer warranties (up to 30 years NDL) are documented in the individual project contract and warranty registration paperwork provided at project completion.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project undertaken. We are not liable for consequential damages beyond the scope of the roofing work performed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.
